All the poster presentations take place in the same rooms as the Exhibitors, giving maximum exposure to the delegates.
The LAPC event running at Loughborough University is Technically Co-Sponsored by the IEEE, IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society, IEEE Region 8 and the IET. The conference is listed on their events calendars and gives us access to many tens of thousands of potential delegates. LAPC is also run in association with EurAAP, ESA, Metamorphose, IMST and Antrum Ltd
Building on the success of the previous eight annual conferences the ninth LAPC is expected to attract more than 200 national and international participants from academia, industry and government bodies. LAPC offers reduced accommodation rates for exhibitors saying at the 4-star conference venue.
The organising committee have reserved space to accommodate 21 exhibition stands. Stands are available in 6m2 and 9m2 sizes. Exhibitors will have at their disposal 2 tables, 2 chairs and access to 2 power sockets.
LAPC offers onsite accommodation at Burleigh Court Hotel at reduced rates for exhibitors. Room bookings need to be completed directly with Burleigh Court Hotel by calling +44 1509 228140. You will need to provide them with a LAPC Reference Number in order to qualify for the £77+vat room rate. Please contact us to obtain the reference number.
Please arrange for your equipment to arrive at Burleigh Court no earlier than Friday 8th November. All equipment left at Burleigh Court must be collected by 10:00am on Wednesday 13th November. The shipping address is:

On Sunday 10th November, access to the poster/exhibitor rooms will be available for setting up purposes from 3:00pm to 10:30pm. Monday 11th November, the same rooms will be opened from 7:30am. The conference closes at 5:15pm on Tuesday 12th November. Exhibitors will have at their disposal 2 tables, 2 chairs and access to 2 power sockets. Additional chairs/tables will be available on the day. Poster boards measuring 1m x 2m can be hired at a cost of £12+vat each (please contact us in advance).
