Opportunities are also available to sponsor specific items, such as: the pre-banquet drinks, tea and coffee breaks, drinks served during the banquet and the welcome reception on Sunday night.

Please note that all the Poster Presentations take place in the centre of the four Exhibition Rooms. A quick look at the Conference Programme may help to explain delegate flow etc. Photos of last year's Conference also show the proximity of the stands to the posters. Delegates flow between one and the other seamlessly.

The LAPC event running at Loughborough University is Technically Co-Sponsored by both the IEEE and the IET. The conference is listed on both their events calendars. LAPC is also run in association with the AP-S, ESA, IMST, Metamorphose and EurAPP.

Building on the success of the previous six annual conferences the SEVENTH annual LAPC is expected to attract over 180 national and international delegates who are R&D personnel from industrial companies, academia, research institutes and research centres. Our chosen venue, Burleigh Court offers Four Star accommodation and exhibition space and few delegates will leave the hotel at any point during the conference.

The conference committee have reserved Expo space to accommodate 24 display stands. These are all co-sited with the poster session boards and the hospitality area to allow delegates to interact with exhibitors and presenters through-out the conference. Organisations specialising in software, equipment, products or services, who are interested in exhibiting at LAPC 2011 are invited to apply early.

IMPORTANT - Equipment shipping and setting up information
Please arrange for your equipment to arrive at Burleigh Court no earlier than Friday 11th November.  ALL equipment left at Burleigh Court must be collected by 10:00am on Wednesday 16th November.  The shipping address is:

On Sunday 13th November, access to the poster/exhibitor rooms will be available for setting up purposes from 3:00pm to 10:30pm.
On Monday 14th November, the same rooms will be opened from 7:30am
The conference closes at 5:35pm on Tuesday 15th November

Exhibitors will have at their disposal 2 tables, 2 chairs and access to 2 power sockets.
